ISSSR is sponsored by a number of government organizations. The objective of ISSSR is to provide an international forum for discussion of scientific benefits of multispectral remote sensing. The theme of ISSSR '97 is OBSERVATION TO INFORMATION. This includes sensor design, data acquisition, laboratory and field experiments, ground truthing, data processing, Internet data access, data fusion, modeling and simulation, and decision support. Space for exhibitors will be provided at ISSSR '97 for organizations with products or services related to the theme/objective of ISSSR '97.
