SOLICITATION VIA FACNET The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Rock Island District Contracting Office may use simplified acquisition procedures as described in FAR, PART 13, for procurements exceeding $25,000 but less than $100,000 that are solicited via the Federal Acquisition Computer Network (FACNET). This includes procurements for supply, service and construction. Under these circumstances, the district will use FACNET as the primary source for notification to potential bidders/offerors and will not use the Commerce Business Daily.
