The Fleet Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Detachment Philadelphia, intends to acquire non-personal Contractor Engineering and Technical Services (CETS) by qualified Contractor's personnel who will be required to provide Contractor Field Services (CFS) for the purpose of informing, instructing and training Department of the Navy personnel in the installation, operation, and maintenance in a Communication, Navigation, Identification (CNI) requirement in support of the C-130 program. The following services are to be provided at the organizational and intermediate maintenance level: C-130T aircraft radios, transponders, crypto equipment associated with radios and transponders, radio navigation systems, altimeters and aircraft serviceability equipment under Task Number 31870. The anticipated base period of performance is 1 July 97 through 30 September 97 with two, 12 month options and one, 9 month option for a total contract performance period not to exceed 36 months if all options are exercised. This period reflects the Government's minimum needs. Place of performance for this task is NAVAIRES Santa Clara, CA. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification number is 8711.
