Contact point, Audrey Orvin at (803) 820-5912 Services will include all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, incidental planning and engineering, transportation support necessary to operate, maintain and repair the ground water treatment and soil vapor extraction systems at the Naval Supply Corps School in Athens, Georgia by means of a combination firm-fixed price and indefinite quantity contract. The system consists of a horizontal ground water recovery well and air stripper system combined with a soil vapor vacuum extraction system. The contract will be for a period of 12 months with four one-year options to extend services with the total contract term not to exceed sixty (60) months. This is a negotiated procurement utilizing source selection procedures with award being made to the proposal considered most advantageous to the Government, cost or price and other factors considered.
