Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to completely construct the site construction at the River Memorial Garden. Work includes: excavation, sitework, site demolition, sub-base, paving blocks, landscaping, drainage, electric and furnishings. All work shall be in strict accordance with contract drawings, specifications, national, state, local and any applicable codes as per requirements of all governing agencies. The completion time frame is 120 calendar days after Notice to Proceed. SIC is 1794.
