The work covers, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor and material required to provide complete renovation of interior systems including walls, floors, ceilings, doors, electrical system, mechanical system, and plumbing system. Work also includes replacement of exterior brick veneer, installation of new exterior windows, installation of new electrical padmount transformer, and removal of asbestos containing materials. The Government anticipates a "Delayed Notice to Proceed" with contract award. This will be a firm fixed price contract. The extimated construction cost ranges between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
