This acquisition will result in the placement of a firm fixed price delivery order against Basic Agreement DCA200-92-H-0041 with Bell Atlantic-PA Network Services. Services will be required to be completed 60 days after date of the order. The Government intends to solicit on an other than full and open competition basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 "Only One Responsible and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements," with Bell Atlantic-PA Network Services, Federal Systems Division, 2580 General Armstead Ave, Norristown, PA 19403-5225, the company that owns and maintains the cables which provide services to the Rate Demarcation Point.
