(Site Code DAAD07) The solicitation sets forth the requirement for non-personal services for Information Systems Operations and Support Services (ISOSS) at White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico. The services include, but are not limited to, operation of scientific, engineering, business and workplace automation computer systems; real-time, data reduction and technical report generation equipment; as well as network administration, programming, analysis, publications, and courier services. A draft Purchase Description has been published on the World Wide Web (www-wsmr.army.mil/docpage/docpage.htm) for comments to be submitted no later than 06 Jun 97. It is anticipated that technical proposals will consist primarily of oral presentations along with submission of supplementary written material. The primary purposes of applying this innovative approach is to save the offeror time and money in proposal preparation and reduce the Government's evaluation time. Award will be based on the best value to the Government. The anticipated contract type is cost-plus-award fee for a period of five (5) years. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside (See Note 1), SIC code 7379. All responsible small business sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
