61 -- DEPLOYABLE POWER GENERATION AND DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS (DPGDS) The Aeronautical Systems Center, Weapons, Air Base, and Range Product Support Office, Contracting Division (ASC/WMOK), in support of the Air Base Systems Division (ASC/VXO), released the DRFP for Deployable Powe Generation and Distribution Systems (DPGS) on 16 April 1997. The proposed contract action is to establish an air transportable power generation and distribution system to replace the current Harvest Eagle/Harvest Falcon (HE/HF) Bare Base Power Generator and Distribution System with the overall objective of reducing the number of initial deployment airlift sorties. Equipment of interest include high voltage prime power for generating three phase electrical power at 2400/4160 volts, with individual unit sizes ranging from 750kW to 4000kW and supportive distribution equipment.
