The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 8231-$5M. Offerors will be required to submit technical and cost proposals for evaluation purposes. The government contemplates the award of a firm fixed price contract as a result of this solicitation. Offerors shall submit capabilities statement to cover the following key areas: A. Management: Personnel and organizational staff experience, project management experience, purchasing processes (type of accounting system to track cost), and experience in performing similar or like management functions under federal Government contracts. B. Technical: Similar work performed under Government or Commercial contract, to include; experience and background in operating and/or maintaining a base library. Also include a self-assessment of your performance regarding the above experience. C. Past Performance: Current and past clients, with contract type and contract value. Past and present performance should have been performed from no longer than 5 years ago to the present. D. Other Considerations: The government anticipates and encourages the establishment of joint ventures, teaming arrangements and subcontracting arrangement. E. Business size status (large, small, SDB/8a, women-owned). Your submission must be received by close of business 29May97.
