The structure shall be designed for a minimum 20 year life and shall be completely engineered for delivery and installation at the site. The structure is intended for the housing of laboratory animals and shall be fully accreditable by the American Association for Accreditiation of Laboratory Animal Care (AAALAC). The estimated cost of construction is between $50,000 and $100,000. A fixed price contract is contemplated with a 4 month period of performance.
