The work includes: clearing, grubbing, and stripping; excavation for new service building foundation, new trench, buried conduit, ground mat, and access road; excavation from borrow; constructing embankments, backfill, and gravelfill; furnish and install chain link fence, gravel surfacing, riprap, soil-applied herbicide, and seeding; construct access road, service building, foundation, and cable trench; furnish and install grounding system, conduit, and indoor dc and ac distribution panelboards; provide materials and construct 30 foot by 23 foot service building to include power distribution, lighting, heating, ventilating, and air conditioning. Unrestricted solicitation. All responsible bidders will be considered. Estimated cost of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
