89 -- PROVIDE MILK, BREAD AND ICE CREAM TO VA MEDICAL FACILITIES SOL RFP 527-24-97 DUE 060297 POC Jo Ann Petrillo, Contract Specialist, (718) 630-3566 The Veterans Administration intends to negotiate and award a consolidated contract to furnish milk, bread and ice cream to the (9) VA Medical facilities that form VISN 3. We anticipate awarding an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract against which delivery orders will be placed. This procurement is open to both small and large business participation. The applicable SICC is 5143. The contract term shall be from date of award through September 30, 1997 with a Government option to extend the term of the contract for (2) additional one year periods. The Government reserves the right to award one or several contracts from this solicitation. The (9) facilities are located in Brooklyn, NY; St. Albans, Queens, NY; Bronx, NY, Manhattan, NY; Northport, Long Island, NY; Montrose, NY; Castle Point, NY; East Orange, NJ and Lyons, NJ.
