Provide all necessary material, equipment, and labor for the removal and disposal of asbestos-containing pipe wrap materials, floor tile, in the basement, first floor, and the 2nd floor restroom ceiling of the Visitor Center, the removal of all existing HVAC piping and boiler, and the installation of a new HVAC system in the basement. All removed areas causing open penetrations in walls or ceilings of the Visitor Center shall be repaired and patched to match adjacent surfaces. it also includes the replacement and repair of missing or damaged windows on the first and second floor All repaired or replaced windows shall be primed and painted to match existing trim color. Scrape and repaint all paintable exterior surfaces. Color to match existing trim color or new color which must be approved by the Park Superintendent. Provide and install interior storm windows where missing as per type chosen by the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative.
