ARMY SBIR 97.2 SOLICITATION PH 1 PROPOSALS All proposals being hand delivered must be delivered to the mailroom of the Army Material Command (AMC) Building, 5001 Eisenhower Ave., Alexandria, VA 22333-0001, no later than 1400 (2:00 PM) on 16 July 1997. If a confirmation of receipt is required, the delivering person must supply the 97.2 solicitation's "Reference A" to be date/time stamped. AMC mailroom personnel will not sign or provide other confirmation of receipt. Any proposal delivered after the specified date and time will not be accepted under any circumstances.
