This solicitation consists of flood damage repair at 15 intermittent sites with removal of stream channel debris, excavation & embankment, culvert installation, concrete headwalls, riprap placement, and gravel surfacing. Project includes: construction survey & staking; construction scheduling; silt fence; 4 acre clearing & grubbing; 8 ea concrete headwall; 3 ea concrete pipe guard; 2,100 ton crushed aggregate; 852 lnft culvert; 5,100 cuyd excavation; 5,100 cuyd unclassified borrow; 1,100 cuyd class 3 loose riprap; 1,100 cuyd class 5 keyed riprap; 16 slry units seeding/mulching; 750 sqyd matting; and other smaller items of work. Project is located approximately 7.5 miles east of Hemlock, Oregon. Work shall be completed by July 31, 1998. Estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000.
