The Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation (Corporation) plans to issue a Request for Quotations for "providing the technical expertise and for furnishing the hardware for the upgrading/replacing of the electronic portion of the HVAC controls at the Corporation's Administration Building, located in Massena, NY". The building has three (3) floors totalling approximately 19,000 square feet. The existing HVAC control is an Andover Controls pneumatic/electronic automated microprocessor controlled system which has 150 points and was installed in 1981. The upgraded electronics must interface with the existing pneumatics. The work shall include system design, furnishing of hardware and accessories, technical support during installation, training, programming, startup and debugging. There is a $50.00 nonrefundable fee for drawings and specifications. Requests for solicitation package must be received no later than 15 days after CBD publication and shall be requested by mail. No telephone requests. Finaldate for receipt of quotations shall be approximately July 10, 1997. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.00.
