Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove the existing floating pier and guide piles and install a new floating pier and guide piles, the work includes but is not limited to the following:(A) remove and dispose of existing floating docks, pile guides, fender piles, and associated facilities; (B) Fabricate and install a new floating pier system with fendering system and cleats for each of the three docks; A -- 55'x6', B -- 50'x6', C -- 150'x10' in three sections; (C) replace existing piling system with 12" square concrete pile and modify existing walers; (D) Provide and install new landing platform and gangway for inboard North pier; and (E) provide and install new landing platform and gangway for outboard North pier. Modify existing mounting to support the weight of the additional brow. Estimated Range $250,000 to $500,000. Performance period is 60 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
