This is an announcement for Spares for the AN/ALQ-144A the Circuit Card Assembly, NSN 5998-01-087-1857 quantity of 137 each and the Infrared Modulator NSN 5850-01-352-5558 quantities of 120 each. Deliveries will be to various locations. This acquisition is unrestricted and open to both small and large businesses. All potential offerors must maintain a SECRET Storage and Facility Clearance in order to receive the classified drawings. Requests for drawings must be submitted in writing to AMSEL-ACCA-D-AX(SCA). No telephonic inquiries will be accepted. 200% (percent ) option quantities are included in this acquisition. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the agency. The U.S. Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) has established an Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) to provide electronic transmittal of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitations for Bids (IFBs) from Government to Industry. All interested parties wishing to do business with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send and receive data from the CECOM EBB system. To become a user of the EBB, you will need an identification code and password in addition to a computer terminal equipped with the necessary hardware and software to interface with the EBB system. A user's identification code and password will be issued upon request along with instructions for downloading the EBB User's Manual.
