This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) DCA200-97-Q-0097. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation(RFQ). (iii) The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 90-46 and DAC 91-11. (iv) DITCO intends to issue a sole source purchase order to SAS Institute Inc.; SAS Campus Drive; Cary NC 27513-2414 for the acquisition of maintenance of the software products identified in section (v). This RFQ is issued under the statutory authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Other than Full and Open Competition. SIC Code 7372, Prepackaged Computer Software applies. Size Standard $18.0M. (v) Provide a price for each of the following items. Requirement description is set forth in para (vi) below. CLIN0001, Maintenance of the following software products installed on Amdahl 5995-8650 at DMC Chambersburg: Basic System 2000; S2K Multi-User; S2K/CICS Interface and S2K/Quex. CLIN 0002, Maintenance of the following software products installed on Amdahl 5995-8650 at DMC Chambersburg: SAS Base; SAS Connect; SAS Graph and SAS Access Interface to CA-Datacom. (vi) Description of Requirement: (a) DMC Chambersburg has a requirment for renewal of the maintenance for the SAS Institute products currently in use. (vii) Period of performance for CLINs 0001 and 0002 will be 1 July 1997 through 30 June 1998. Equipment is located at DMC Chambersburg, WEB, Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4186. (viii) Proposals shall include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3 and DFARS 252.212-7000, and 252.247-7022. (ix) FAR 52.212-1 applies to this acquisition. 52.212-1(b)(10): Provide information on the last 6 contracts and subcontracts completed during the past 3 years and all contracts and subcontracts currently in progress. (x) FAR 52.212-4 applies to this acquisition.
