primarily to enhance current tactical baseline functionality and system
capabilities; e.g. Personnel, Transportation, Medical, Financial,
Supply (Classes I-IX), Logistics Planning (COA), System Admin (Msg
Handling Capabilities (USMTF/ACCS/STANAG, VMF CTIL, etc.)), Message
Planning, Interfaces (ABCS/STAMIS/CBS/CSSTSS, FBCB2), Security, Field
Svcs, Deployment, Reconstitution, Force Level Control, SMI, Database,
Maps, Tactical Communications( MSE, LAN, CNR, Commercial, WIN), CONOPS,
System Exerciser and Diagnostics for the COMPUTER GROUP TACTICAL,
AN/TYK-22(V) 2, 7022-01-440-5863. The source must be able to maintain,
without program disruption, continual SW maintenance and improvement
builds. The source must have insight and background into the systems
engineering and architectural implementation, to prevent unnecessary
reengineering of existing functionality and/or capabilities. The source
must be able to successfully implement ABCS and STAMIS interfaces, to
include client server interfaces in support of TFXXI; be capable of
integrating FBCB2 CSS functionality into the system and technically
capable of supporting system related/real time CTSF activities, AWEs,
NTC rotations and planned ABCS and STAMIS operational testing. The
source must have proven tactical communitations (MSE, CNR and LAN ;
technical experience), knowledge and expertise. The source must be
capable of implementing and integrating USMTF and VMF messages and
STAMIS data. Experience with the DII COE will give the program the
opportunity to meet the ATA and Y2K goals and standards and accomplish
the end means within funding and schedule restraints. Hardware
platform and operating system changes are anticipated to support
pending digitized battlefield evolution, functionality and fielding
requirements. Interested sources should submit a request to this office
