All types of maintenance and support are to be provided by the contractor. These services will include maintenance and repair of common equipment; repair or replacement of end user equipment; restoration of telephone service; moves, adds and changes; maintenance of cabling; customer service desk; technical consultation by phone or on site; training; annual inspection and evaluation; installation and de-installation services; and procurement of equipment and parts. GAO anticipates award of an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for a base period and four one-year options.
