The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has a requirement for Single Family Property Appraisal services covering the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma HUD State Office jurisdiction. This is a sealed bid procurement with the Government having the unilateral option to extend the base period service for four consectuive periods on a year-to-year basis. The acquisition is being offered as a Total Small Business set aside. Anticipated award date is August 15, 1997. A fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity type contract will be awarded. The prospective contractor will be required to meet the legal service requirements of the State of Oklahoma. Anticipated issuance date for subject solicitation is June 5, 1997.
