The research conducted in the NCI Laboratory of Experimental Transplantation and Immunology Transplantation Therapy Section will utilize the services of Ms. Bodorova to proceed with a new initiative, and integrated study of the immunodeficiency associated with cancer and its treatment. This study seeks to characterize selected aspects of immunodeficiency both by direct studies and by building a broad collaborative effort with six laboratories involving interbranch, interdivisional, and interinstitute efforts. Ms. Jana Bodorova has extensive experience and specialized skills in cellular and molecular biology investigations, working in a research environment, and executing responsibility necessary in multi-group efforts. This is not a request for competitive proposals, as no solicitation will be issued. However, vendors who believe they can meet the Government requirement may submit their qualifications. The submissions must be in writing and must contain sufficient details that a determination can be made regarding meeting the Governments requirements.
