The Coastal Systems Station, Panama City, Florida, intends to procure 890 Mister Assemblies from Ramfan Corporation. The Mister Assemblies will be used to support the U.S. Marine Corps. Ramfan Corporation is the only contractor who has been qualified by the U.S. Government to provide these assemblies to the Marine Corps. All Marine Corps equipment and systems undergo extremely rigid quality control for all components used due to the high risk of bodily harm. Therefore, the requirements for the various components of all systems is an absolute necessity. All materials delivered for these systems must be of high quality and have been manufactured in accordance with the specification provided for each component of the system. Due to the rigid specifications, only the Ramfan Corporation has become qualified to produce these assemblies. Note 22 applies. (0149)
