Request for proposals (RFP) for the continued outreach/Admissions and Placement Service which will cover the State of New Jersey. The Outreach Services provided shall ensure the arrival of minimum of #600 males and #600 females into the Job Corps Program. Approximately 50 of the arrivals (from Middlesex and surrounding areas) will be non-residents. Placement services shall be a minimum of 70% of the assigned pool returning to the State of New Jersey into employment, school or the military. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will cover the period January 1, 1998 to December 31, 1998, plus 4 Governmental unilateral renewal options of one year. The RFP #2-98-OAP-24-34 will be available June 17, 1997, for issue in response to written request. The pre-proposal conference for the Outreach and Placement Services will be June 24, 1997, at 9:00 a.m. at the Regional Office located at 201 Varick Street -- Room 897, New York, New York 10014-4811.
