The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) is seeking the Contractor to furnish coffee, tea and juice on a predetermined schedule as established by the Food Service Administrator. Provide equipment and supplies for dispensing coffee and juice. Juice dispensing machine must contain three (3) dispensing valves for juice or tea. There must be a minimum of two (2) coffee and two (2) juice machines for the Federal Correctional Institution; one (1) coffee and one (1) juice machine for the Federal Prison Camp; and two (2) coffee and two (2) juice machines for the Federal Detention Center; all located in Sheridan, Oregon, 97378. Installation, emergency service and preventative maintenance must be provided by the company. The Government intends to award a contract for one year. All quotations will be evaluated on price and price-related factors. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number 230-0029, will be available on or about April 25, 1997, with a due date of June 4, 1997. The anticipated award date is June 13, 1997. This procurement action is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
