The Federal Aviation Administration, Western-Pacific Region, has a PROJECTED requirement to construct a 95,000 gross square foot facility (Northern California TRACON) on 28 acres located on Mather Air Field (formerly Mather Air Force Base) located outside the city of Sacramento, California, in Sacramento County. This project shall be completed in two (2) phases and shall consists of but not limited to: utilities site work, construction of operations area, electronic equipment wing, and environmental wing, installation of chillers, site prep for power system, install interior finishes, electrical, life safety systems, plumbing and HVAC, construction of administration area, mechanical penthouse, lobby and cafeteria, finish site work and landscaping, security fencing and roadways, build guardhouse, antenna farm construction and connect to building, EMCS integration, installation of consoles in operations area, temporary HVAC equipment and power installation. TheStandard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 1542. The estimated dollar range for this procurement is between $17,500,000.00 to $20,000,000.00.
