The work includes, but is not limited to, Providing labor and material to install polyvinylchloride (PVC), non-lead, mini blinds and vertical blinds with valences in occupied and unoccupied living quarters of various housing areas. The work also includes removing existing hardware, and minor repairs on the existing door and window jambs. SIC Code 1799 applies. Estimated cost: $1,000,00 to $5,000,000. The contract term will be a base period of 12 months plus two option years. The total term of the contract, including all options, will not exceed 36 months. The Government will not synopsize the options when exercised. This is a new procurement. It does not replace an existing contract. Therefore, there is no information on prior contracts. The Government will give fair consideration to all awardees in placing orders based on criteria stated in the solicitation.
