Y -- CONSTRUCT DORMITORY, MALMSTROM AFB, MT SOL DACA67-97-B-0055 DUE 090197 POC Contract Specialist Grant J Furulie (206) 764-6713 (Site Code DACA67) The project includes all construction necessary to provide a complete and usable 3,500 square meter (approximate) Dormitory at Malmstrom AFB, Montana. The Dormitory will be a three story, steel frame and masonry construction with a standing seam metal roof. The building is designed to have 96 modules with each module containing two separate entries and vanity areas, two sleeping rooms, a kitchen and one bathroom. A non- inclusive list of work includes: HVAC system, electrical service, fire protection system and EMCS system. The site development includes landscaping, utility services and parking. Demolition of an existing dormitory will also be a part of this work, with asbestos abatement and possibly lead abatement work. Plans and specs will available on or about 01 Aug 97 at no charge per set. No individual sheets are available. Documents will be issued on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted.
