WESTENHAVER (501) 212-4402 (Site Code DAHA03) Solicitation DAHA03-97-B-0003 Provide all plant, labor, material, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to construct a 12,750 SF Air National Guard Base Supply Complex consisting of a 10,000 SF Supply Warehouse, 2,000 SF Supply Storage Shed, and 750 SF Hazardous Material Storage. Project is to be reinforced concrete foundation and floor slab, masonry and metal walls, structural steel framing and roof structure, all utilities and support. Provide paved open storage area. Some canopy system relocation and some demolition will be required. Project design and the code and criteria review are complete. Plans and specifications reproduction are to be complete o/a 10 June 1997. An invitation for bid is anticipated to be issued o/a 20 June 1997 and a notice to proceed issued in September 1997. Construction time is anticipated to take approximatly 240 days from the notice to proceed date. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Only prime contractors should request bid packages. Requests for bid packages must be in writting accompanied by a check for $65.45 per set, made payable to U.S. Treasury. A full refund will be given for any returned bid packages where the plans and specifications are usable and unmarked. Each contractor will be authorized a maximum of two sets of bid documents.
