The work includes all material, equipment, labor and supervision, under a Firm Fixed Price Contract, for provision of a concrete slab, preengineered metal building, adjoining masonry office structure, power/lighting, roadway and other associated requirements. The related Small Business Size Standards is $17.0 million annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years.
