The work includes all material, equipment, labor and supervision, under a Firm Fixed Price Contract, for the installation of a fire sprinkler, detection system, building upgrades for NFPA compliance, and also renovations to restroom facilities and incidental related work. Performance period is 120 calendar days. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 1711. The related Small Business Size Standards is $7.0 million annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years.
