Services must provide Annual Premier Support for Unlimited Telephone Product Support of MS Mail, Exchange, Operating Systems and Other MS Applications. Microsoft is the manufacturer and the only distributor for this support. THIS AWARD WILL BE MADE UTILIZING "SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES".
