following notification is being circulated in accordance with Article

Bekendtgorelse om Olietanke og Pipe-Lines. (Statuary Order on
Stationary Containers/Tanks for Oil-Products and Pipelines) (25 pages,
Danish). 6. Description of content: The new statuary order relieves
the existing order from 1980. The rules have been tightened up. All
types of (new) stationary containers for oil-products are now covered
by type-approval. Adjustment of claims for type-approval. Claim for
certain materials or type-approval for (new) pipes from these
containers. Prohibition of burying of small containers (less than 6,000
1.) supplying detached houses. Compulsory mounting of different devices
(alarms for too much filling, pipes system to be made unified) on small
containers (less than 6,000 1.) supplying detached houses. 7. Objective
and rationale: The objective is to prevent oil-spilling, and in that
way protect the environment, specially drinking- and groundwater.
Denmark is for 99 per cent of it's drinking-water supply dependent on
