Manufacture, testing, inspection, preservation and packaging, marking, and shipment of Propulsion Shaft and Rudder Stock Blanks for use on various U.S. Coast Guard vessels. Blanks shall be manufactured in accordance with MIL-S-23274A. Shipment shall be made F.o.b. Destination to U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center, Baltimore, MD 21226-5000. Delivery of manufactured shaft blanks shall be made within approximately 145 to 212 calendar days after receipt of a delivery order. It is intended to award a firm-fixed-price contract for a base year and four (4) option years. A date for receipt of bids has not yet been determined.
