Z -- REPLACE WATER LINES/VALVES, MFH, ANDERSEN AFB GUAM SOL F64133-97-R0008 DUE 073097 POC TSgt Carbullido, (671) 366-6618, Buyer The work includes but is not limited to, furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, quality control, supervision and support, in performing all operations for the replacement of water lines/valves at the Military Family Housing area as follows: a. Excavation and trenching as required. b. Demolition and disposal of debris from old water systems and installation of new water systems. c. Installation of handholes, and gate valves as required. d. Provide backfill, topsoil, seed or sod, and other restoration of landscape disturbed by demolition or installation. e. Provide accurate "redlined" and "as-built" drawings for future use. f. All other work shown on drawings and/or miscellaneous incidental work not shown, that may be required to complete the project. g. Performance period will be 360 days; 90 days mobilization, 260 days actual construction time. The estimated magnitude is between $500,000 to $1 Million. Issuance of the IFB is anticipated on or about 30 Jun 97. This solicitation is unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a bid in response to the solicitation.
