Predrill and jacket 320 ft of 4 inch Rigid and 160 ft of 5 inch Rigid conduit under paved road or dirt levy. Install 450 ft of 5 inch plastic conduit, concrete encased. Install 2 -- 15KV, 4 way, PADMOUNT switches, and 1 set of 15KV switchgear. Remove 3 overhead outdoor, wood frame, switching stations with oil and vacuum reclosures. Remove 2000 ft of 3 phase overhead, 15KV, 4/0 and # 4 CU. Install 4000 ft of # 2 CU, 3 phase, 15KV, single conductor cables, with terminations and splices. The anticipated issue date is 17 July 1997. The anticipated bid opening date is 19 August 1997. The Standard Industry Code (SIC) for this project is 1731. The small business size standard is a concern, including its affiliates having an average amount of sales or receipts for the preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $7,000,000. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This project is open to large and small businesses.
