The AMC Contracting Flight is in the process of reviewing and evaluating current Information Technology acquisition strategies and policies with the focus on new and innovative contracting methods to minimize response times to customer's needs. In order to get Industry's perspectives, the AMC Contracting Flight is hosting two Government / Industry information interchange sessions at Scott AFB, IL. The first session is scheduled from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Thursday, 17 July 1997. The second session is scheduled from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Friday, 18 July 1997. This is NOT a marketing opportunity, and the Government makes no implications or representations that contractors will receive contracts as a result of attending one of these sessions. Participation is limited to the first fifteen contractors who sign up for each session, and each contractor may attend only one session. Seating is limited, so each participating contractor may send only two representatives. The AMC Contracting Flight may schedule an additional session if industry response warrants.
