This requirement is for a Basic Ordering Agreement with Raytheon Company to provide field and engineering support services for the Multiple Target Instrumentation Radar (MIR) for a three year period beginning at the time of award through three years thereafter. The MIR is located that the Test and Evaluation Competency at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland. Raytheon Company designed and manufacturer this unique radar system and is the only responsible source for overhaul, repair, calibration, and testing of existing equipment as they possess the proprietary data to this equipment.
