This project will consist of upgrading the Randolph AFB, Canyon Lake Recreation Area by constructing a new Visitor's Center; six new cabins; 10 new RV Sites; a drip irrigation waste water system for the new visitors center, cabins, RV sites, and the existing restrooms and showers; access roads; parking areas; and lighting and fencing for the existing boat storage yard. The specifications have been placed on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and will be provided free of charge. Specifications will not be provided in a printed paper hard copy format. Notification of amendments shall be made through either 3.5" diskette, CD ROM, and/or the Internet. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of CD ROM and the Internet. However, the Government reserves the right to use only the Internet as notification of any changes to this solicitation.
