Parent, Contracting Officer This procurement is to construct an addition to the Fitness Center's Women's Locker Room. The 408 sf minor construction addition will consists of new shower facilities, moisture resistant floor tile and plastered ceiling. New dressing room area will be provided with new lockers and curb base. Adequate lighting and a new split system heat pump. The miscellaneous gym repairs are to upgrade toilet, lavatory and accessories to accommodate ADA requirements. Remove and relocte existing lockers and curb to increase locker capacity in the existing women's locker room. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The solicitation issue date will be on or about 21 July 1997. The bid opening date will be on or about 20 August 1997.
