content: Technical regulations containing a report and technical
provisions on cooked shoulder of cured pork, including: description,
essential aspects of composition and quality, food additives, hygiene,
labelling and analysis and sampling methods. 7. Objective and
rationale: To regulate the requisite characteristics and specifications
of cooked shoulder of cured pork and in this way to guarantee an
