Primary Service Areas include Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and eastern Texas. The contract period is one (1) year from date of award with the government option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. Solicitation issue date is July 7, 1997. Approximate award date is August 29, 1997. Contractor to begin services October 1, 1997. Contractor will be required to submit a list of branch offices/distribution points to be utilized under this contract.
