Outfall -- Fabricate and deliver the steel casing pieces for six (6)
outfall shafts that will comprise the substructure for the high and low
level juvenile bypass outfall structures located downstream of
Bonneville Dam on the Columbia River, approximately 80 kilometers east
of Portland, Oregon. The total length of the six (6) steel casings
range from 41 meters to 60 meters long. Each casing shall be delivered
in two pieces with a maximum single piece length of 35 meters. The
steel casings are 3048 mm in diameter and 25 mm thick. No painting is
required. The construction of the outfall structure is under a separate
contract. The notice to proceed to fabricate the casings is anticipated
for 27 August 1997 with a delivery of a minimum of two shafts by 20
November and the remainder no later than 12 December 1997. Technical

concerns, the size standard for which is a concern, including all
affiliates, employing 500 or less employees. All responsible sources
