The work shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Removal, replacement, or installation of new handlers, ducts, pipes, ceiling diffusers, register heaters, connectors, roof top air conditioning units, make-up air units, heat exchangers, circulating pumps, exhaust fans, and low temperature hot water piping, thermal insulation of ducts, pipes, environmental control systems, electrical systems to support HVAC equipment. The project shall also include testing and balancing of HVAC systems, wall, ceiling and roof repairs, patching and painting, and other associated miscellaneous work necessary for complete and functional HVAC systems.
