Project is located on the Moose Creek Ranger District, Idaho County, Idaho; from Lowell, Idaho on U.S. 12 take FDR 223 east for 18 miles to Road 443 and 290; then 1.5 miles on this system to Slim's Camp Trailhead and M.P. 0.0 of Trail No. 726 Meadow Creek. Project consists of flood repair and rehabilitation of Meadow Creek Trail 726, a pack/saddle and hiker trail, including tread reconstruction, clearing, filling of eroded trail tread, drainage dips, misc. drainage structures, retaining walls and culvert installation; clearing and minor grubbing of the existing trail prism for approximately 0.8 miles; trail tread reconstruction and clearing of the trailway prism.
