proposals to lease existing space, space to be modified or facility to
be constructed in Northville, NY. All sites within the preferred area
will be considered; however, sites offered within the following
boundaries will receive priority consideration: within the village
limits and further bounded as follows: north on Main St. to Prospect
St; south on Main St. to the spillway; and west on Bridge St. to the
Third St. Space requirements are approximately 5,091 net interior sq.
ft; and 26,677 sq. ft. of driveway, parking and maneuvering are and
81,300 total developable site (less setbacks). The lease term is for a
minimum of twenty years with four five-year renewal options. Proposals
will be received through August 1, 1997 and must be submitted by
principals only on specified forms and in accordance with the official
advertisement for space. Plans and specifications may be purchased by
sending a non-refundable cashier's check or money order payable to "U.
