Morris, (501) 324-6844. The work consists of a preengineered metal building with standing seam metal roof, prefinished metal panel exterior and liner on reinforced concrete slab foundation. The interior walls consist of CMU and gypsum board on steel studs. Space heaters will be provided in the shop and storage areas and HVAC in the offices. A concrete parking area and entrance drive will be provided in front of the building and a fenced gravel parking area behind the building. Additionally, an exterior concrete washrack and oil/water separator will be provided. Date of issue for specifications will be on or about July 28, 1997 at a cost of $43.00 for solicitation and 1/2 size drawings; $51.00 for solicitaton and full size drawings; or $28.00 for solicitation only. Solicitation documents will be made available upon receipt of a written request (NO FAX), to include check or money order (NO CASH) made payable to the FAO, US Army COE, LRD, and mailed to the Contracting Division at the above address.
