Pizarro, (315) 772-6510 (Site Code DAKF36) Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials and appliances necessary to perform all operations in connection with the construction of a U store facility, Fort Drum, New York, in strict accordance with the statement of work, the specifications and drawings, and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. Principal features: The work to be performed will include, but is not limited to the following items. (1) Construct pre-engineered metal building (150' X 60') with lights, outlets and a sprinkler system. (2) Install underground electric conduit to suport buildings electrical requirements. (3) Install underground fire main to support sprinkler system, and (4) Construct gravel access road and parking area. This procurement is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. Solicitation is to be issued O/A 13 Aug 97. This is an unrestricted requirement. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered.
